Jurika is run by PaKSI Kelantan for STEM competitions. Because hosts handle participants' data (often minors), we vet every organisation. Please complete this form and attach the required documents — we'll review and reply by email.

Before you apply — what hosting involves

You're applying for host access. Once approved, you create and run your own competitions — you set the rubric, schedule, and judges.
You're responsible for participants' data, much of it minors'. You handle it under Jurika's Privacy Notice and Malaysia's PDPA — collect only what's needed, keep it accurate, and honour access/erasure requests.
Every team names a responsible adult (teacher, parent or guardian) as the contact — a minor is never the sole point of contact.
We verify every organisation — approval isn't automatic; we check your documents and may call your official line.

Required documents

1. Official request letter (on organisation letterhead) *

SSM / ROS certificate, school or KPM registration, or equivalent.
